We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The thermal water and pools were fantastic. We were able to relax and rejuvenate in the lovely and healthy thermal water. The hotel offered clean rooms with comfortable beds, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep. The breakfast provided was normal, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Additionally, the hotel had free parking available, which was convenient for us.
No negatives.

Just the surroundings looks ok and the fact that there are some attractions arround.
The hotel was far from 3 stars even if they had the fridge in the room and TVsets... This is a poor hotel with staff which does not know any language beside their own. Rooms are small and packed with low quality furniture. The bathroom was a 1.5x1.5m room with no space to move around and with very outdated equipment. Nearby this hotel there are others looking much better (on outside as well). Would not come back to this one. Huge money for such room.

Pretty big room, balcony, comfortable bathroom. Not bad for 1 night.
A little bit more expensive than we expected for this type of room, non-english speaking personnel.

We had a great stay at a big hotel with a clean room and friendly staff. the location was very close to the public baths, which was a major advantage. the breakfast was decent and the beds were comfortable.
There was a little problem with the robes as two of us received synthetic ones instead of good quality cotton robes.

The staff, even nice, don't speak good english; many ads are put only in Hungarian; no air conditioning; old furniture

The breakfast was decent, and the location was very convenient for my business meetings. the hotel also offered free parking, which was a big plus. the room was clean and the staff was helpful when I needed directions to nearby restaurants.
The overall experience was disappointing. the hotel lacked proper communication skills, and I had to call several times to confirm my reservation.

Our experience was not the greatest. Our reservation was deleted without any communication and we were given a subpar apartment next to the pool construction.
